Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the Probationary Engineer (PE) position, candidates must meet the following qualifications and age criteria:
- Educational Qualifications:
- A First Class B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree from an AICTE-approved institution in the relevant disciplines:

- A First Class B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering degree from an AICTE-approved institution in the relevant disciplines:
- Age Limit:
- Candidates must be 25 years or younger as of January 1, 2025.
- Age relaxation applies to reserved categories as per government rules.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates for the Probationary Engineer posts will follow a two-step process:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): All eligible candidates will be provisionally shortlisted for the CBT based on their online application.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General/OBC/EWS candidates: 35% in CBT and Interview.
- SC/ST/PwBD candidates: 30% in CBT and Interview.

- General/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates: ₹1180/-
- SC/ST/PwBD/ESM candidates: Exempted from the application fee.
