Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages:

Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Objective-type questions are divided into four sections:
  - General Awareness
  - Subject Knowledge
  - English Language
  - Aptitude
- Duration: 2 hours
Shortlisting:
Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio based on CBT scores. In case multiple candidates achieve the same cut-off score, all such candidates will be included.
Group Discussion and Personal Interview:
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a group discussion followed by an interview.
